Instead of saying Monday, try to say right now. The hardest part is getting started. If you just get up and do it, you’ll find that it gets easier. Even if you just go outside and walk around the neighborhood.

I’ve never tried Curves, but didn’t know they had product either. I do love a few old school Avon items though!
